INTRACOM HOLDINGS Group of companies is comprised of an international network of independent companies specialized in: the design and implementation of integrated telecommunications projects, development and integration of IT systems and networks, design and production of telecommunication products and systems, design and development of defense electronic products and systems, development of application software, provision of professional and consulting services, provision of Internet, broadband, voice and data telecommunications services, development and management of integrated lottery systems, civil constructions and infrastructure projects, manufacture of steel structures and electromechanical installations, energy production and natural gas distribution projects, property management and maintenance, and real estate development.

INTRACOM TELECOM designs and develops state-of-the-art telecommunications products and systems (hardware & software), and provides integrated solutions and professional services for: wireless & wireline multiservice broadband access platforms, microwave transmission systems, wireless point-to-point & point-to-multipoint transmission systems, operations & business support systems, network management systems, triple-play content delivery networks, public-service integrated systems, and fixed line and mobile telecommunications networks for voice/data/video services . The company is also active in bespoke software applications development and provision of managed and outsourcing services. INTRACOM TELECOM participates in multinational research & development projects in cooperation with other internationally renowned and leading companies, organisations and academic institutions. INTRACOM TELECOM operates subsidiaries in 12 countries, its international activities span 50 countries, and strategically aims to the markets of South Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa. INTRACOM TELECOM annually invests 6-8% of its revenue for telecommunications systems R&D. Since June 2006, JSC SITRONICS ( Russia) has acquired a 51% stake in INTRACOM TELECOM. JSC SITRONICS is the technology arm of JSFC SISTEMA, the largest consumer services company in Central and Eastern Europe. INTRACOM HOLDINGS retains a 49% stake.



INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS designs and develops state-of-the-art advanced military electronic communications systems and products (hardware & software). The Company participates in joint multinational productions and R&D programs, in cooperation with major international defense systems manufacturers. The main international markets for INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS exports are Belgium, Cyprus, Germany, France, Holland, USA and Sweden. INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS has partnered in co-production programmes with leading international defense manufacturers such as Atlas Elektronik, Boeing, Diehl BGT Defence, Ericsson Microwave, ÊÌW, Northrop Grumman, Ramsys, Raytheon, Rheinmetall Defence, Thales, RDE, Zeiss Optronik, and others.



INTRACOM IT SERVICES is active in large-scale, turn-key project implementation, technology solutions deployment & integration, software development, and provision of a wide range of consulting, technical support, managed operations and outsourcing services to public administration authorities, national ministries and government institutions, banks, financial institutions, healthcare institutions and large public and private enterprises. INTRACOM IT SERVICES is the leading IT Services Provider in the Greek market. Its subsidiary, INTRASOFT International, headquartered in Luxembourg, is a primary provider of IT Services to European Union Institutions. INTRACOM IT SERVICES has physical presence in 11 countries, its international activities span 18 countries, and strategically aims to the markets of W. Europe, S.E. Europe, M. East and N. Africa.


hellas online - a member of INTRACOM HOLDINGS Group since 2006 - was founded in 1993 as the first private Greek Internet Service Provider. Its successful course in the Greek telecommunications market and its innovative services have made hellas online one of the most important telecommunications service providers in the country. After acquiring Attica Telecommunications in early 2007, hellas online now has the largest private fiber optic network, surpassing 800km in length and covering around 80% of Athens' population, of any other competitive local exchange carrier in Greece. Within the next three years, the company is set to invest well above €250 million in developing its core network throughout Greece, aiming to become the largest private telecommunications provider in the country. The portfolio of services includes: broadband Internet access, voice services (VoIP and fixed-line), hosting (websites and IT systems), network services (leased lines and virtual private networks), and value-added services (corporate e-mail, video-conferencing, security programs, IP-TV). hellas online has also undertaken the broadband network development of three (out of seven) geographical areas in Greece-the most among all companies participating-in the Hellenic Society of Information (KtP) public tender for promoting broadband connectivity throughout the country.



INTRAKAT was established in 1987 and has been listed on the Athens Stock Exchange since 2001. The company engages in any activity related to construction, including feasibility studies, project design, implementation and supervision, in Greece and abroad, for public and private organizations and institutions. INTRAKAT delivers discrete or complex turn-key construction projects that may involve: civil constructions and infrastructure, technology and telecommunications installations, industrial and energy-related projects, electrical and mechanical installations, metal constructions, natural gas distribution and environmental projects.
