+++ Annual briefing for financial analysts from INTRACOM Holdings

16.6% sales increase during the 1Q of 2008 +++

The financial analysts and bank representatives' annual briefing on 2007 financial results, the development strategy and Q1 200 8 results of INTRACOM Holdings Group, took place at the Group headquarters, in Peania yesterday.

Mr. Dimitrios Klonis, Executive Director, Group Financial Management, during his presentation referred to the Q1 results underlining the 16,6% increase in sales that reached €112,7 million versus €96,6 million in 2007 and the increase of EBITDA that reached €5,4 million versus €2 million in 2007. Losses before taxes reached €8,3 million, while net losses amounted to €10,3 million.

Hellas online Group, Intrakat Group and INTRACOM IT Services Group, during the 1Q of 2008 showed a significant increase in sales, in relation to the respective 2007 time period. More specifically, hellas online Group's sales marked an 180% increase reaching €21,6 million (indicating 98% organic growth in relation to the 1Q of 2007 in pro-forma basis), Intrakat Group showed 31,1% increase with sales reaching €37,9 million (28,9 million in 2007), while INTRACOM IT Services Group's sales increased by 19,2% reaching €40,3 million (€33,8 million in 2007). INTRACOM Defense Electronics sales reached €17,3 million (€21,8 million in 2007), INTRACOM Telecom Group €69,7 million (€72,4 million in 2007), INTRACOM Holdings Inter national Group €2,2 million (€3,1 million in 2007) and INTRACOM Holdings €1,7 million (€3,5 million in 2007).

According to Mr. Klonis, the Group will continue its extravert str ategy with an aim to further enhance its inter national presence. The priorities of the Group include the growth of sales and the improvement of profitability via organic growth, targeted acquisitions and focusing on telecommunication services, which provide higher profit margins. At the same time, the Group will place emphasis in enhancing its competitiveness, through str ategic partnerships and by investing heavily in research & development for new products and technologies, as well as in cutting edge infrastructures. Mr. Klonis concluded his presentation by noting that INTRACOM Holdings Group is continuously enriching its portfolio of activities by participating in self-financed projects through joint-ventures with large groups, such as the freeway Corinth-Tripolis-Kalamata.

Following Mr. Klonis, top executives of the Group's subsidiaries presented their strategy and activities for 2008.

Mr. Íicholaos S. Labroukos, INTRACOM IT Services Deputy CEO, st ated that the Group is consistent with the targets it has set and it is steadily expanding its presence in Greece and abroad, by undertaking significant new projects. INTRACOM IT Services is present in 11 countries and has implemented projects in 35 countries, while its backlog of projects at the end of 1Q of 2008 reached €230 million. The objectives for 2008 is the reinforcement of the Groups' inter national presence, the development of integr ated solutions for vertical markets, further penetration in the banking sector and in the large corporations and the preparation for Public-Priv ate Partnerships, which represent a big challenge and an opportunity for growth. At the same time, Mr. Labroukos emphasized that special focus will be given to the development of the human capital and in the further improvement of the financial results of the Group.

Mr. George Troullinos, CEO of INTRACOM Defense Electronics , presented the company's activities and referred to its str ategic planning that focuses on the armament programs of the Hellenic Ministry of Defense, the participation in NATO's and EDA's inter national defense programs, and the company's exports. He also referred to the most recent exporting successes of the company and stressed the fact that INTRACOM Defense Electronics will intensify its investments in Research & Development for the creation of a high technology Integrated platform for tactical communications for the inter national market.

Mr. Charalambos Kallis, Steel Constructions and Telecommunication Projects General Manager of Intrakat, presented the Group's activities and analyzed the main objectives for 2008, which include the provision of services in the sector of telecommunication networks, the penetration in the sectors of renewable energy and environmental and natural resources projects, and the activation in the area of self-financed projects through str ategic partnerships. Mr. Kallis underlined the remarkable growth in sales that the Group experienced during the last three years (+ 49,2% in 2005, +25,7% in 2006, +31,1% in 2007) and referred to the most important recent projects, such as the construction of the residential complex "Garden Residence" in Krakow, Poland (€40 million), the construction of segments for eastern Peloponnesos freeway (€112 million) and the construction of metropolitan fiber optic networks for 24 municipalities in Greece (€25 million).

Mr. Antonis Kerastaris, Chief Financial Officer of hellas online, referred to the str ategic objective of the company to become the largest, profitable alternative telecommunication services provider in Greece, and set the priorities of the company that include the enhancement of it's brand name, the full utilisation of the priv ately owned infrastructures of the Group and the decrease of the operational costs with an aim to increase profitability. He also referred to the 3000 km priv ately owned fiber optic network of the Group, which in combination with the broad and innovative portfolio of services for priv ate and corpor ate clients represent the main competitive advantages of hellas online. Mr. Kerastaris emphasized that the client centric orientation of the company has already started to pay off, as the number of broadband clients had surpassed 92.000 at the end of March 2008. Hellas online estim ates that it has obtained 21% market share in new LLU clients during the 1Q of 2008 and at the same time the main client service performance indexes showed significant improvement. Lastly, Mr. Kerastaris noted that the significant increase in revenue (98% organic growth in relation to the 1Q of 2007 in the pro-forma results of hellas online and Attica Telecommunications) supported the progress of the operational profitability, with EBITDA reaching €-0,9 million in the 1Q of 2008.

Mr. Alexandros Manos, CEO of INTRACOM Telecom, presented the Group's activities and underlined the objective of INTRACOM Telecom to establish itself as the main provider of integrated telecommunication solutions in the areas of EEMEA and CIS, which present the highest growth rate in telecommunication services worldwide. Mr. Manos announced that the Group has scheduled the establishment of subsidiaries in India and North Africa, in 2008 and 2009 respectively, as part of its strategy to achieve the aforementioned objective. Concluding his presentation, the CEO of INTRACOM Telecom referred to the projects that were successfully implemented during 2007.
