Socrates Kokkalis
The founder and majority shareholder of the Intracom Group who in 1977 envisioned the creation of an advanced technology hub in Greece and has been a leading member of the Greek business community for the past 40 years. He holds degrees in Physics and Electronics and is an active sponsor of leading educational, cultural, athletic and business initiatives in Southeast Europe. In 1997 he became a John Harvard Fellow after establishing the Kokkalis Program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. In 1998 he founded the non-profit Kokkalis Foundation, focusing on educational and regional development. A fluent speaker of English, German and Russian, he also speaks Romanian, Italian, Bulgarian and conversational Serbian and French. For many years he was the president and major shareholder of Olympiacos FC, Greece’s leading football club.
Intracom Chairman
Holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of London and was a recipient of a number of educational awards and scholarships from the Greek Government, the Bank of Greece, and the "Alexander S. Onassis" Foundation. He has served as Senior Economist in the Research Department of the Bank of Greece, a Professor at Deree College and a Member of the Council of Economic Advisors to the Mayor of Athens.
He joined Intracom in 1994 and has been Intracom Group's CFO and a member of the Board of Directors since 1995. He has served as General Manager, Finance & Administration (1995-2004), Executive General Manager of the Corporate Center (2005-2006), Executive Director, Group Financial Management (2006-2011) and Vice-Chairman & Deputy CEO (2011-2013). In 2014 he was appointed Chairman of the BoD of Intracom Holdings and of most subsidiary boards as well. From July 2016 to December 2018, he was Intracom Holdings Chairman and CEO. Since December 2018, he is Vice Chairman and CEO.
Intracom CEO
Chairman of the BoD of INTRASOFT International. He participates at the BoDs of Intracom Group as Vice Chairman of Intracom Holdings, Vice Chairman of Intrakat and Member of Intracom Defense-IDE. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Intracom Holdings from January 2014 til Jully 2016 and prior to that, as the company's Deputy Executive Officer and Business Development Executive. Before joining Intracom Holdings he served as Corporate Strategy Director, Deputy Executive Officer (2009-2013) and CEO of Hellas Online, a leading provider of broadband and fixed-line telephony in Greece, until November 2014 when it was acquired by Vodafone Greece. In 2014, he was elected member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV). He holds a BSc degree in International Relations and Economics from Boston University and an Executive Diploma in Finance from Columbia University.
George Anninos
Holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and attended graduate telecommunications studies in Germany. His work experience includes managerial positions in large telecom organizations in Greece and Germany. He joined Intracom in 1989 as Telecom Projects Manager and was appointed General Manager of the Chairman's Office in 1994. A member of Intracom's Board of Directors since 2000, he was subsequently elected to the Board of Directors of Intracom Holdings and appointed Executive Director of the BoD Office in 2006. He has been Vice Chairman of Intracom Holdings since January 2014 and also serves on the Board of Directors of several Intracom Group companies.
Petros K. Souretis
Intrakat CEO since 2003, he also served as CEO of INTRAMET until it merged with INTRAKAT in 2005 and as a Non-Executive member of the BoD of the INTRALOT GROUP from 2008 until 2019. In 2010 he was appointed CEO of KEKROPS SA and in 2019 Vice Chairman of the BoD of ATHENS RESORT CASINO HOLDINGS SA and REGENCY CASINO MONT PARNES SA. Mr Souretis currently holds senior executive positions in a number of INTRACOM HOLDINGS Group subsidiaries. From 1997 to 2003 he held various managerial positions at ELLINIKI TEHNODOMIKI-TEV. Holds a civil engineering degree from the University of Thessaloniki, a MSc from the City University of London and an International MBA degree from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Ioannis Michael Mavrofrydis
Holds a Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree from DEREE - The American College of Greece. His graduate studies include MSc Degree in Operations Research & Analytics from London School of Economics and Political Sciences. He is a Board of Directors member at SportNews since 2018 and co-owner of Mavrofrydis O.E. Consulting and Gaming Development. He speaks English, German and Spanish and he is the recipient of many educational awards for his academic career and contribution.
Ioannis Tsoumas
Mr. Ioannis Tsoumas holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of finance, the full range of accounting functions, and tax legislation. During his career, he has received several distinctions for his competencies and achievements, and he attended numerous professional seminars on Accounting, Auditing and Taxation acquiring in-depth knowledge and expertise. Prior to his role as a Non-Executive Member of the company’s BOD, he held senior management positions in Accounting and Finance in several companies, among them Grundig of the Hatzimichalis Group (1980 – 1987) and Intracom Group (1999 – 2016), until his retirement in October 2016.
dina lazari
Ms Lazari holds a Bachelor in Economics from the Economic University of Athens, a Master f Science in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the LSE and a European Master in Multimedia and Audiovisual Business Administration from a European interuniversity post-graduate program. Currently, she is Senioer Advisor to the Board of Domius Capital Advisors LLP (a London-based, FCA regulated, Corporate Finance Advisory Boutique focusing on the provision of Strategic Advice, M&A execution and Private Capital raising for Funds and corporates), as well as member of the Investment Committee of Economists Professional Fund. She has long-term experience in both private and public sector. She also has knowledge of the international political and economic environment and prover experience in multinational/multicultural negotiations. In the private sector she has served in senior managerial prositions mainly in the financial sector, among others, Deputy Governor/Executive Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Agricultural Bank og Greece - Senior Advisor to the management, Emporiki/Commercial Bank of Greece. She has also participate as a member of BoDs in umerous companies and organisations i.a. Athex Exchange Group, Selonda group/fisheries, Perseas/fish feed, Hellenic Sugar Industry S.A. In public sector she has served as senior adviror mainly on issues of public policy preparation and implementation. She has also participated in inter-ministerial committees on important economic and social issues.
xirokosta dionysia
Dionisia Xirokosta is a lawyer who has workd as a scientific associate of the Hellenic Competition Commission from 2001. She was appointed Head of the Legal Services Department in 2007. In 2009 she was appointed Director of the Legal Services Department. In 2010 she became the Director General of the Hellenic Competition Commission and acted for two full terms. She then moved to the retail sector and was the Human Resources Director at HELLENIC HYPERMARKET SKLAVENITIS S.A. . Currently she practices law and is a Consultant of Corporate Affairs at HELLENIC SUPERMARKETS SKLAVENITIS S.A. She has graduated from Athens Law School and holds an LL.M. degree in European Law from Univeristy of Essex Law School, specialized in European Competition Law.
