2014
Following an agreement with Vodafone-Panafon, INTRACOM HOLDINGS transfers its holding in HOL, at an enterprise value of € 311m.
INTRACOM HOLDINGS signs an agreement with Dubai investors for the sale of its 49% interest in Intracom Telecom for €47 million total benefit.
Deleveraging results in net reduction of debt from €254 million to €34 million and of outstanding loan guarantees from €422 million to €165 million.
IDE receives a Supplier Excellence Award from Raytheon.

Intrakat signs agreements totaling € 357 million with Fraport Greece for the construction projects at the 14 regional airports of Greece.

2018
Fostering its R&D potential, IDE participates in OCEAN2020, the most important project related to the first European Defense Fund’s initiative to boost Europe’s defense capabilities. OCEAN2020 is the first example of a cross-European military research program under the Preparatory Action initiative.
As part of its strategic development plan based on technological innovation INTRASOFT invests in predictive analytics market with start-up WEMETRIX.
2019

IDE is awarded for its extroversion at the “CREATIVE GREECE – Awards 2019”, with exports in recent years reaching 98% of its turnover. This recognition is even more significant since these results were achieved in adverse international and national financial conditions and in a strong competitive environment.
2020
IDE is the leader in European Defense programs LOTUS and SMOTANET to be funded by the European Defense Industrial Development Program (EDIDP). IDE’s proposals were selected from 40 submitted, after evaluation by an EU Committee of Experts with criteria: their contribution to excellence, innovation, competitiveness in the European defense industry and EU’s industrial autonomy.

IDE signs important cooperation agreements with market leaders worldwide (Marshall Aerospace and Defense Group, BOEING, Diehl, Rheinmetall) and strengthens its presence in European research programs.
INTRAKAT, as part of its new strategy, is proceeding with the absorption of GAIA ANEMOS, which is active in the field of RES, holding licenses to produce electricity with a capacity of more than 1GW.
INTRADEVELOPMENT proceeds with the sale of its stake in DEVENETCO and through it in the Kalo Livadi project with a return of close to 200%.
In November, an extremely important deal is announced for INTRACOM, the sale of INTRASOFT INTERNATIONAL to NETCOMPANY. This particular transaction differentiates the Company’s profile by expanding its investment horizon.
2022
INTRACOM HOLDINGS proceeds with the sale of its participation in INTRAKAT, retaining a 5.09% participation in the company.c

Completion of the Company’s real estate sector spin-off and establishment of a new company, INTRACOM PROPERTIES, a 100% subsidiary.
Signing of MOU with the main shareholders of K.L.M. S.A., for the acquisition of participation in the company. Following the acquisition of shares from INTRACOM PROPERTIES at 12/5/2023, the Group’s participation in K.L.M. ascends in total to 74,20%, thus a mandatory public offer will follow.
Signing of binding agreement with ISRAEL AEROSPACE INDUSTRIES Ltd (IAI) for the sale of 90,91% stake, held by the Group in INTRACOM DEFENSE (IDE).
