Transaction Disclosure Obligations

Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the Market Abuse Regulation – MAR)

The Company has adopted a procedure for disclosing transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them (obliged persons) in accordance with the applicable legislative framework and in parallel with the procedure for notifying transactions to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.

Regulated information

In the context of Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and Circular No. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission relating to transparency requirements for information about issuers whose transferable securities have been admitted to trading on a regulated market, the procedure for notifying changes in major holdings by obliged persons, as defined in Articles 9, 10 and 11 of Law 3556/2007, is attached hereto which outlines how obliged person must inform INTRACOM HOLDINGS and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission in the case of:

  • acquisition or disposal of major holdings
  • acquisition or disposal of major percentages of voting rights
  • acquisition or disposal of financial instruments
